By accessing and using the services of CONFEZIONE MATTEO DI LU HUI QINGDI ("the Company"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
CONFEZIONE MATTEO is a clothing manufacturer operating production facilities in Prato, Italy. We manufacture and sell finished garments including menswear, womenswear, and sportswear directly to wholesale buyers, fashion brands, and business clients. We are not consultants, intermediaries, or agents. We own our production equipment and facilities.
All orders must be placed through our wholesale account system. Orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements that vary by product type. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmations will be sent via email.
All prices are quoted in EUR for wholesale quantities. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed.
Production time typically ranges from 4-8 weeks depending on order size and complexity. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
All garments undergo quality control inspection before shipment. We warrant that products will conform to agreed specifications. Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective goods.
Custom manufactured orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Returns of defective merchandise are accepted within 30 days with prior authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
All designs, patterns, and technical specifications remain the property of the respective owner. The Company retains ownership of all manufacturing processes and methods. Clients retain ownership of their original designs and brand materials.
The Company's liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prato, Italy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
